PenWriter is run by a person or a company, and this page is how to reach them. First, a few things you can do yourself, which are quicker than a message.

Who answers, and where.
Penwriter runs this copy of PenWriter. Write to hello@penwriter.app. No reply time is promised on this page, because it does not know one.
A message that can be answered the first time says: what you were doing, the address of the page you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead, with the title of the book if it is about one. Do not send your password, and do not paste a whole manuscript unless you are asked to.
Things you can do yourself
No message needed.
- Forgot your password? Ask for a link. It gives the same answer whether or not a desk exists under that address, so it cannot be used to find out who has one.
- Download everything you have, change your email address, or close your account: Settings, once you are signed in.
- Check your credits: Plan and credits, in the sidebar. Pricing explains how they work.
- Wondering whether PenWriter can do something? What it does not do is the list of things it cannot, and Features is the list of things it can.
